Crunk AV Solutions, operated by Eddie Crunk as a sole proprietor (“we,” “us”), is an owner-operated audiovisual production business. Our website is https://crunkav.com. This policy explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and how we use it.
What we collect
Quote requests. When you submit the Request a Quote form, we collect what you enter: your name, company or agency, email address, phone number, event date, event city/venue, event type, approximate attendance, equipment/production needs, and any notes you add.
Direct contact. If you call, text, or email us instead, we receive whatever information you choose to share.
Automatic information. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and operations — things like your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This website does not set cookies for ordinary visitors, and we do not use analytics or advertising tracking. The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so when a page loads your browser requests font files from Google’s servers; as with any file download, that request includes your IP address.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to review your inquiry, respond to you, prepare a quote, and plan and deliver AV services if you book us, along with normal business records such as invoicing. We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Where your information is stored, and who handles it
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database (WordPress, using the Fluent Forms plugin) on servers operated by our hosting provider, Hostinger. A copy of each submission is also delivered by email to info@crunkav.com, a business mailbox hosted with the same provider. We do not share your information with other third parties.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable obligations. If you would like your inquiry deleted, email us at info@crunkav.com and we will remove it unless we need it for a legal or business record.

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to request that it be deleted.
